  Tenderness and hope amidst the world’s elephant poaching crisis.   Ivory-hungry poachers shoot 60 elephants a day in Tanzania alone.  2012 lost about 20% of the Tanzanian elephant population, and in 2013 and 2014 at least 30 elephants are poached every day.
